Siddharth said that he bought the overseas rights of this film when he heard the script of Oh My Friend. He got handsome offers from various corners after the audio was released. But Dil Raju, who is supremely confident about the film, bought the overseas rights back from Siddharth.

The actor is very happy about how the film has shaped up. Shruti Haasan and Hansika played the female leads in this movie and Navadeep did a special role. Venu Sriram is making debut as a director with Oh My Friend.
